OPERATING WITHOUT BEING LICENSED
G.L. c. 90 § 10
- A person is guilty of operating a vehicle without being licensed if the Commonwealth can prove three elements, beyond a reasonable doubt:
- (1) That the defendant operated a motor vehicle;
- (2) That the defendant did so on a way; and
- (3) That the defendant did so without having a valid license to operate a motor vehicle, issued by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles
