After terminating an at-will employee, the plaintiff was regularly threatened, directly and indirectly, by the disgruntled ex-employee.  As the nature of the threats quickly increased in seriousness, the plaintiff sought counsel to apply for a restraining order.

Criminal Defense Attorney Vincent A. Tofani petitioned the Quincy District Court to issue a Harassment Prevention Order, ordering that the disgruntled ex-employee stay away from the plaintiff, and immediately cease any further conduct that amounted to direct or indirect harassment.
